FitnessMan® Championship is a well known global fitness competition sanctioned by the International Fitness Federation, IFF® which is based in Europe. It is not a body-building competition but a routine oriented competition in which elements of gymnastics, aerobics and dancing are all present in harmonious proportion. IFF® Fitness Championships reflects the aspiration value of 'betterness'.

The inaugural FitnessMan Asia Pacific Championship 2005 will be hosted in Putra Indoor Stadium, Bukit Jalil, Malaysia. We are extending invitations to qualified individuals to represent their home country in this prestigous event.

This event will be an ideal occasion for individuals who strive for a greater success in the fitness and lifestlye industry. Selected candidates will be provided accommodation and meals during the Championship. Candidates are required to check-in 2 weeks prior to Championship Final which is scheduled on 30 July 2005.
